At Darasoma Products, we strive for hassle-free and reliable delivery of your order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
After processing, your order will be shipped.
2. Delivery Time
Because we work directly with international suppliers, the following delivery times apply:
- The Netherlands & Belgium: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
3. Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders over €30
- Orders under €30: €4.95 shipping costs
4. Track & Trace
After shipment, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
It may take 1–3 days for this to become active.
5. Multiple Shipments
Orders may be delivered in multiple packages.
6. Delays
Unforeseen circumstances (busy periods, holidays, customs) may affect delivery time.
7. Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for correctly entering the address.
In case of errors, we cannot guarantee re-delivery or refund.
8. Not at home for delivery
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the carrier may:
- deliver the package to a neighbor
- deliver the package to a pick-up point
- attempt a new delivery
This depends on the carrier and the delivery options in your region.
9. Damaged or lost packages
We do our best to pack your order well and ship it safely.
Damaged package
Have you received a damaged product? Please contact us within 48 hours via:

Lost package
If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
10. International shipping
We also ship to other countries within Europe (if available). Please note that for international orders, any customs or import duties may be the responsibility of the customer.
